Envocare Privacy Statement

We at envocare are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected in accordance with the law. We do not intend to obtain personal information other than that which is in the public domain, except the minimum that is needed to manage the sponsorship of the site.

By far the greatest amount of information we hold is visible on the envocare site itself and has been obtained from sources we consider are public. For example, where data including names, addresses, web addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers of individuals or organisations are publicly advertised or appear in published articles or on other websites we consider these to be in the public domain.

Any other data we store will usually have been generated by communication with the authorised holder or as a result of benign statistical analysis of visitors to the site*. Such data are purely to deal with the management of this site and we have no intention of divulging personal details to a third party. We have no interest in third party marketing other than those which are clearly visible, notably Google Ads, and will not attempt to obtain any such data for that purpose.

We do not use cookies except that third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to the website.
Google's use of the DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the advertising opt-out page.

We do not foresee any circumstances in which there is ever a need for us to receive sensitive personal data and will not store any such data, in any media form, if it is inadvertently communicated to us.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act we shall be happy to comply with requests to give details of what personal data we hold on individuals providing the request can be verified to come directly from the individual concerned. Normally we would not expect to make any charge for such a simple service.

In accordance with normal protocol we reserve the right to modify this statement at any time.

* We may store and use information from statistics gathered when anyone visits the site in order to develop the features of the site. Predominantly such information is derived via Google Analytics ©. Normally we expect this information to be limited to the domain from which you accessed the site, the date and time, the IP address of the website you linked from, the request you made in any search box and the extent to which your request was met. This information is needed to ensure that the needs of visitors are met.
